This is not difficult, but even in this simple case there are little secrets. For example, hard water is not suitable for soap bubbles. Better use cool boiled water.
RECEPT No. 1.
Champoo or liquid soap are added to the water. Concentration approximately 1:10. Proportion is not strict, but there is no need to move sharply. If soap bubbles are intended for a small child, it is recommended to use child shampoo without tears. For the bubbles to be big, and for a long time, add a little blatine or glycerin to the water.

10 drops of ourthrax alcohol
150 ml glycerin
